Kwang Koan comes from Manado term which means a gathering place. Founded by Johny Pluan, Kwang Koan is always packed since morning. You can see rows after rows of cars parked neatly along the street, and they all belong to the patrons of Kwang Koan who impatiently wait for vacant tables. With the family recipe inherited form his parents, Johny prepares his coffee by himself, starting from roasting the Toraja beans until it is ready to serve to consumers. a consistent aroma and taste in his coffee.
