Rasane

Restorannya sudah tutup alias tidak beroperasi lagi

I was indeed craving for another crab meal so I went to Rasane for their Kepiting Asap. Added with Lala, i digged in. I think, the first glaring difference between Rasane and other place that I just went to was, there was no Female Crab in Rasane and I kinda want that. So anyway, as the Kepiting Asap came in and I digged in, I can really feel the thickness of the sauce, the thickness of tamarine taste. It was goooooddd.. The sauce would be a great sauce to mix with rice. I can just live with the sauce. The Lala is a bit too small of a portion, esp since I thought Lala isnt supposed to be expensive. In term of freshness, I preferred the meal in the previous restaurant I went to. The meat in Rasane was somehow a bit brittly ..

Kalau ke Rasane, Kepiting Asap adalah menu yang wajib dicoba. Serius deh, ini enak banget rasanya. Kepiting ini disajikan berbungkus daun dengan bumbu hitam seperti serundeng tapi rasanya bener-bener gurih dan nagih. Yuk!
