Sempat menjadi makanan yang paling diburu selama tahun 2017 dan 2018, Pablo kini berkreasi dengan menu baru yang tak kalah manisnya yaitu Souffle Pancake. Pancake lembut yang disajikan bersama es krim vanilla di atasnya dan disiram Maple Syrup menjadikannya sebagai hidangan penutup seusai kamu makan puas dan berkeliling di Central Park Mall. Buat kamu yang belum bisa move on dari Cheese Tartnya, kamu juga masih bisa menikmatinya dengan varian rasa lain, mulai dari original, matcha, dan cokelat.

Sorry to say, but I think this cheesecake is overrated and also overpriced if I compared it with Hokkaido cheesecake that is sold in kokas. service : 2.5 of 5.0 ((SO FREAKING SLOW. Friends of mine ordered A green tea ice blended *i forgot the name* , and it took almost forever until we got the drink. We almost want to cancel the drink because we had to hurry, but the waitress insisted we could not cancel it because it already in process of making)) Food : 3 of 5.0 (We order cheesecake and also the pie with cheese topping and matcha topping. For the cheesecake, the Starbuck's new york cheese cake is much much better than this. While the pie.....well hokkaido is still the best that I've ever taste so far)) Place : 4.0 of 5.0 Very small but very fancy. Yah instagrammable lah yaa

this is the biggest sensation for every foodie in indonesia. maybe i am late to come to this place but everyone still crazy about this cake. wow that's totally right, because the cheese is so tempting. i hope pablo will open more store here in indonesia.

Pablo akhirnya membuka cabang kedua-nya di Jakarta. Dengan space yang lebih luas dari cabang pertamanya, Pablo di sini menawarkan konsep Pablo Coffee sebagai pelengkap menu andalannya, Freshly Baked Cheese Tart. Suasana dining area-nya terkesan nyaman dengan dominasi warna kuning, sebagai identitas warna Pablo. Kali ini ak nyobain beberapa menu barunya. * Strawberry Cheesetart-nya (Rp 189k), * Matcha Ice Cream (Rp 35k), * Pablo Coffee (Rp 28k). Tidak terlalu jauh berbeda dengan yang original, presentasi Pablo Strawberry Cheesetart menggunakan cap Pablo dan strawberry jam di bagian atas. Untuk tekstur cheese tart-nya lembut, tp mnrtku cenderung terlalu lembek sehingga seperti cream aja yang bisa dirasakan. Rasa cheese-nya light banget, taste strawberry yang jauh lebih dominan. Sebaliknya Matcha Ice Cream malah lebih berasa cheesy & kurang berasa matcha. Overall its taste just average but so overpriced.
