Paella: Nasi Berbumbu Rempah Ala Spanyol yang Menggugah Selera
Berkunjung ke Bam! Tapas & Sake Bar rasanya kurang lengkap tanpa memesan menu Paella of Seafood. Penampilannya yang begitu menawan dan menggoda niscaya membuatmu merasa tak sabar untuk segera menghabiskannya.

(@pictography.jkt) Good Quality, healthy & tasty
Went there with a friend to have dinner and do some catching up, the place is cozy, the service is good and helpful (they're always around to assist). We ordered baby sotong with kampong egg, the dish look small at first glance, then they cut it and serve it properly for us to eat, the taste was magnificent!! The taste of the egg yolk, squid and everything is just mixed together creates a delightful textures of taste. Next is Beef Tongue, actually it looks like a steak but once you eat it long with the sauce and garnish... We were out out of words.. Its more than delicious.... Its more to perfect.. We also order Pasta la Plancha, the dish's appearance was small, there are 5 pieces of large pasta, covered with sauces, chorizo and looks pan seared (saw some burnt marks). And when we eat it...... We feel the unspeakable orgasm on our taste buds.. We can even speak to each other... Closes our eyes and say.. "Oh my God...." Repeatedly.. Ita was the beat dish ever!! For the sake we choose Junmai (750ml), it was so good, we all can feel the warm, the rice taste, smooth but nobody is drunk.. Overall, good place, good services, best food, best drinks... The price? I would say ITS WORTH IT.. Definitely coming back again when i have the chance!!

Would def come back
Interesting concept of Spanish and japanese fusion. They have two bars, Spanish and japanese, separately. I tried the Spanish one. Paella and lot fusion seafood dishes. Would def do paella and the pork dish. Heard it's pork jaw meat. Very tender and good composition with flavors of pickled fennel and the sauce.

Interesting Spanish and Japanese twist
Always skeptical of fusion and Spanish/ Japanese was new to me. So I was surprised by the interesting flavor mix of the dishes presented. The cod was done well and fresh, the paella noodles were tasty but not quite hot enough. They were loaded with seafood however. The tempura oysters were good as well. The place however is priced on the higher side.

15 Restoran Di PLAZA INDONESIA Yang Paling LEGENDARIS!
Restoran yang satu ini unik banget. Kenapa? Karena konsepnya sendiri menggabungkan Jepang dan Spanyol. Asyik yah! Cobain deh Seafood Paella (Rp. 700.000/4 pax) yang udang nya PECAH banget, dan Pasta a la Plancha (Rp. 299.000). Nggak bakal nyesel.
