For me, this is the best Warung Babi guling so far I've tried in Bali. And honestly they're even much better than Babi guling Ibu Oka. I've tried Babi guling ibu Oka and I'm totally disappointed. The pig's skin is really tough (should be crunchy). But when I tried Babi guling Dobiel, Oh my God! This is heaven! The pig's skin is so crunchy. The soup is testy. And those vegetables is so delicious and rich. For the taste of the food I absolutely give them fully 5 stars! Although the place it self is little bit uncomfortable for those who are love fancy place. They doesn't have any air conditioner. But for me, that's not a big deal. Dobiel is the best Babi guling in Bali!
