1. Apa itu Qraved?
Qraved merupakan platform yang memberikan solusi buat kamu untuk menjawab "makan apa" dan "makan dimana".

2. Apakah Qraved memiliki aplikasi? Gimana cara downloadnya?
Ada. Download aja aplikasi kami di Apple Store dan Google Play.. 

3. Fitur apa sajakah yang Qraved miliki?
Fitur Qraved adalah:

• Restaurant Directory : disini kamu bisa cari info mengenai restoran di seluruh Jakarta, Bali, dan Bandung. Mulai dari jam buka, menu, foto, alamat, dan review restoran tersebut. 
• Review : kamu bisa partisipasi untuk berbagi pengalaman kamu saat makan di restoran tertentu. 
• Dining guide : butuh rekomendasi list makanan yang sesuai situasi kamu? Langsung cek saja daftar dining guide kita. :)
• Journal : halaman dimana kamu bisa dapet insipirasi untuk membantu kamu memilih mau makan apa dan dimana! Pilih mau makan apa tidak pernah jadi semudah ini​
• My list : buat dining guide versimu sendiri! Simpan resto pilihanmu kedalam daftar list yang menurut kamu sesuai. Pst, kamu bisa share loh list ini ke temen temenmu!

4. Bagaimana cara meng-upload foto dan menulis review?
Pastikan kamu sudah log in atau mendaftar akun di Qraved. Setelah itu, kamu bisa klik tiga garis pada kiri atas. Disana, kamu akan melihat menu "reviews" untuk mulai menulis review dan pada kiri bawah kamu akan melihat "upload photo" untuk meng-upload fotomu!

5. Bagaimana cara mengetahui promo-promo retoran? 
Kamu bisa melihat label merah yang berisi nilai diskon pada halaman restoran tertentu

6. Bagaimana caranya jika Restoran ingin bekerja sama dengan Qraved? 
Kamu bisa hubungi YOBO by Qraved, dengan klik www.yobo.id untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut benefit & fitur yang kami tawarkan

7. Bagaimana caranya jika ingin membetulkan informasi yang salah di halaman detail Restoran?  
Langsung email aja ke support@qraved.com atau hubungi tim Customer Service kami di nomor telepon +6221 2922 3070.

8.Bagaimana cara menghapus info Facebook saya dari Qraved?
Anda dapat membuka profil Facebook Anda https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications: Pilih Aplikasi Qraved > Hapus > Konfirmasi untuk Menghapus

1. What is Qraved?
Qraved is a platform that offers one stop solution to solve the problem "what to eat" and "where to eat "

2. Does Qraved have Application? How to download it?
Yes. You can simply download our App through Apple Store and Google Play.

3. What feature does Qraved offer?

• - Restaurant Directory : you can search for the information about all of the restaurants in Jakarta, Bali, and Bandung, including operational hours, menu, pictures, address, and review of those restaurants
• - Review : you can participate by sharing your dining experiences
• - Photo upload : upload your best pictures and your pictures will be publicized in the Restaurant Detail Page!
• - Dining guide : do you need restaurant recommendations based on your situation? Simply check the list of our Dining Guide!​
• - Journal : an article where you can get inspirations to help you choose what to eat and where to eat!
• - My list : Create your own version of Dining Guide and save your favorite restaurants to your own list! And you also can share those lists to all of your friends!

4. How to upload pictures and write a review in Qraved?
Make sure that you are logged in or registered under Qraved accounts. After that, you can click on the three lines that are located on the top left. You will see menu "Reviews" to write your review and on the bottom left, you will see "Upload Photo" option to upload your pictures!

5. How to get updates about restaurant promotion?
You can see red label that has the value of the discounts on certain Restaurant Detail Page.

6. How does it work if Restaurant wants to be Qraved’s partnership?
You can contact our YOBO by Qraved, by clicking www.yobo.id and learn more about the benefits & features we offer.

7.How to fix inaccurate information on Restaurant Detail Page?
Just send us an email at support@qraved.com or call our Customer Service Team at +6221 2922 3070.

8.How can I delete my Facebook info from Qraved?
You can go to your Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications: Select Qraved App > Remove > Confirm to Remove
